In Zangaria’s old olive grove, time does not pass — it ripens in silence.
These are 1.5 hectares of living history, where every trunk preserves ancient gestures, and every leaf knows the silence of generations.
New olive grove
The new olive grove was planted six years ago — 3 hectares of young trees, already full of purpose.
They grow carefully between what we have inherited and what we still wish to deserve. Here, every season is a promise.
