2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and/or provision of services carried out through the websites zangaria.pt and loja.zangaria.pt, hereinafter referred to as “site” or “store”.

3. Pre-contractual information and contract formation

Before concluding the contract, the supplier provides, in a clear and accessible manner, the supplier’s identification, the essential characteristics of the goods/services, the total price (including all taxes and fees), delivery costs, payment conditions, estimated delivery time, right of withdrawal, and any applicable additional charges. The consumer’s order is only considered accepted after written/electronic confirmation sent by the seller and/or upon payment being processed.

4. Products, prices and availability

The prices displayed in the store are in euros and include VAT at the applicable legal rate unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are communicated before finalising the order. Product availability is subject to confirmation; if a product becomes unavailable after confirmation, the consumer will be immediately informed and may choose to wait for restocking, accept an alternative product, or receive a full refund.

5. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those indicated on the site (e.g., credit card, debit, MB WAY, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.). Payment is processed by secure third-party entities; the store does not retain card data unless this is part of a specific contract with a service provider (which must be indicated).

6. Delivery and transfer of risk

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer; delivery times are estimates. The transfer of risk occurs upon the physical delivery of the goods to the consumer, unless otherwise provided by law.

7. Right of withdrawal (right to cancel)

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods or, in the case of service provision, from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise this right, the consumer must send an unequivocal statement to the supplier (via e-mail or form) indicating the decision to withdraw from the contract. In case of withdrawal, the supplier shall reimburse all payments received without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the date on which the decision to withdraw was communicated.

8. Returns and refunds

In the event of withdrawal within the legal deadline, the consumer must return the goods within 14 days, generally bearing the direct costs of return unless otherwise agreed or if the consumer was not previously informed. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Purchased goods benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity with the contract, for a minimum period of 2 years, under applicable law. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by law.

10. Liability

The supplier’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Nevertheless, the supplier cannot exclude or limit any rights legally granted to the consumer.

11. Electronic complaints book and complaints

In accordance with applicable legislation, the supplier provides access to the Electronic Complaints Book and information about it on the site. The consumer may also submit complaints to the competent authorities.

12. Data protection and privacy policy

The processing of personal data is governed by the store’s Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and applicable national legislation. Consult the “Privacy Policy” document available on the site.

13. Electronic communications

All communications between the parties may be carried out electronically unless otherwise stated. The supplier's email address and the contact mechanism available on the site serve as valid means of communication.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For dispute resolution, civil jurisdiction rules apply, and the consumer may choose the court of their domicile when legally permitted.
