2/3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 teaspoon pink peppercorns
1 teaspoon black Pepper
Description
- Sterilize a jar and let it dry thoroughly.
- Cut the cheese into cubes and put them in the jar.
- Add the thyme sprigs on the side and the chili peppers on top.
- Pour the olive oil into the jar, shake the jar slightly to allow the air to escape and add more oil if necessary.
- Close the jar and store in a cool, dry place for two weeks before consuming.
