Ingredients

2 units of small aged goat's cheese

0.5 liters of ZANGARIA extra virgin olive oil

2/3 sprigs of fresh thyme

1 teaspoon pink peppercorns

1 teaspoon black Pepper

Description

  1. Sterilize a jar and let it dry thoroughly.
  2. Cut the cheese into cubes and put them in the jar.
  3. Add the thyme sprigs on the side and the chili peppers on top.
  4. Pour the olive oil into the jar, shake the jar slightly to allow the air to escape and add more oil if necessary.
  5. Close the jar and store in a cool, dry place for two weeks before consuming.
